We have put together a guide that you can download to help you to write a letter or submission of objection.

Who to send your letter or submission to:
- Council
- Councillors
- Local Member of Parliament
- Relevant MP’s, Ministers & Shadow Ministers
- All Members of the NSW Legislative Council
- The proponents
- Media outlets
- Environmental Impact Study submission (when required)

A list of suggested emails is included in the downloadable guide below. Join the mailing list on our homepage to stay up to date with any new recipients or submission deadlines.
Tips:
- Use personal email addresses rather than generic emails where possible.
- You can send the same letter to each recipient but send individually addressed emails or letters (don’t send one email addressed to everyone).
- Back up any evidence or examples you use with references where possible (NOTE: ChatGTP is not reliable for research purposes. It will fabricate information and provide sources that sound legitimate but do not exist).
- Follow up if you haven’t received a reply, or your questions were not satisfactorily answered.
- Send a copy of your letters/submissions to us by copying in our email info@parkescleanfuture.org. We will keep a tally of letters/submissions sent to each recipient as evidence of community opposition.
